Gloria Cotton Gloria Cotton is a dynamic, engaging facilitator and training consultant who specializes in human and organizational development. Having worked in Corporate America as a "Human Resources Queen" since 1985, Ms. Cotton uses her expertise to help individuals, teams and organizations develop strategies, processes and skills in the areas of career development, social style, personality type, coaching and mentoring, diversity, customer service, leadership and management style, behaviors and skills, team building and performance management. Gloria looks for opportunities to help people from diverse communities and cultures identify their unique talents and strengths as well as their developmental needs and possibilities. Using that key information, she helps then design processes and methods to achieve and enhance the personal excellence of each individual team and organization.
