Joy Leach has over 25 years experience as a workshop trainer, organization development consultant and author. She specializes in conducting studies and implementation strategies on Workforce Diversity and assisting companies in creating more inclusive environments to promote personal and organizational transformation. She has designed training systems and interventions for Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies.
Joy works actively as a consultant to increase productivity through promoting Leadership, Team Collaboration, Empowerment and Human Interaction in the workplace. She uses tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator to help teams understand and value differences. She specializes in designing training programs to achieve organizational objectives and
She co-authored Personal Power and A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity: The Process, The Tools, and The Resources. She has co-authored over fifteen training manuals in topics such as Leadership, Facilitation, Managing Change, Ethics and Conflict.
Joy received her M.S. degree from the University of Buffalo and is a graduate of National Training Laboratory's Graduate Professional Development Program and the Organization Development Program at Georgetown University.
