Judy Seidenstein

Judy Seidenstein brings 15 years of solution oriented leadership experience in the arenas of organizational effectiveness and, training and development. She is a creative, enthusiastic, and strategic thinker. She has consulted and facilitated in the areas of high performance team development, leadership effectiveness and, diversity and inclusion across North America, as well as in Latin America, Europe and Asia. She thrives on working with clients who are truly committed to transforming their organizations.

In her former role as Director of Global Diversity at Nortel Networks, Judy provided corporate level leadership and strategic direction in the development and implementation of the company's diversity initiative. She created an organizational assessment and consultation process, enabling customized diversity strategies for the uniquely diverse business needs of this high tech multinational company.

Judy has frequently been invited to present diversity best practices, strategy, priorities, and success factors as well as "lessons learned" to organizations such as IBM, American Express, Bell Canada, Shell Oil, Canada Post, Ontario Hydro and The Conference Board.

She is one of the founding members of The Trinity Group, a consortium of business leaders who collaborated in the design, development and implementation of the Diversity Gap Analysis - a software tool and process providing leading edge diversity metrics and standards for global application.

Known for her innovative learning and education strategies and her effective and creative facilitation of some of today's most sensitive and controversial workplace issues, Judy has lead the design, development and implementation of an award winning diversity education portfolio. She was instrumental in linking diversity and inclusion to business strategies to positively impact competitive advantage. Under her leadership, Nortel Networks was awarded the Canadian Government's Employment Equity Award of Excellence in 1996 and 1998.
