Lisa Childs-Johnson

Lisa Childs-Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in education and social policy from Northwestern University, and brings extensive experience to diversity training and consultation. She helps leaders understand their roles in stimulating organizational change through individual behavior analysis and modeling, personal growth and productive communications skills.

Ms. Childs-Johnson has conducted numerous public seminars, senior management strategy sessions, and training for organizations such as Sears, Bank One, AT&T, Deloitte & Touche, METRA Commuter Rail Service, Auto Alliance International, Tupperware, and U.S. Steel. Previously, she was administrator of EEO/AA Services and Education Programs at Premark International, a Fortune 500 company where she investigated corporate headquarters EEO complaints and consulted employees on minority and women's issues. Ms. Childs-Johnson is co-author of a book on race relations in America.
