Luis Fernando Sanchez
From the design of innovative methodology for strategic planning to the creation of team building interventions, Luis Fernando Sanchez is a consultant who has focused on tailoring OD tools and synthesizing theoretical and practical applications to meet customer specific needs and preferences.
Luis Fernando has an M.B.A. with an emphasis on organizational behavior and development from the George Washington University. Since his return to his homeland Costa Rica in 1990, he has supported a variety of customers in the public and private sectors and he has focused on the creative application of OD technologies to ensure his target projects have a clear impact.
In addition to utilizing a wide range of organizational assessment tools, Luis Fernando has accumulated important experience on OD areas such as scenario planning, strategic alignment, high-performing organizations, culture reinforcement, effective meeting design and facilitation, team development, and organizational learning.
Luis Fernando has also applied OD interventions to the human resources area, where he has gathered knowledge and experience on performance management, diversity awareness, organizational change and transition management. He is frequently asked to deliver workshops on intrinsic motivation, work/life effectiveness, human dynamics and team development.
