Michell Brief
For the last several years, Michelle Brief's work has focused the areas of effective communications, diversity, work/life balance, career management, ethics and business conduct. She has been active in the diversity and human resources field for almost a decade. She is a dynamic speaker, a consultant to international businesses and dedicated to improved understanding and respect in government, business and community organizations. By heightening awareness and advancing themes of fairness, integrity and inclusion, the effectiveness of organizations and individuals can be positively impacted. To that end she has extensive experience in delivering training and raising awareness and building effectiveness around diversity, helping people find their passions and improving organizational and personal performance.
Additionally, she has experience in assessing organizational needs, facilitating focus groups and developing equitable performance measurements. She has a formidable history of leveraging human capital through policy development and culture building, creating organizations able to attract, retain and develop top talent. Her true passion is working on projects that require expertise in the human aspects of management and organizational efficiency. She has had impressive results introducing new methods of attracting and retaining minority candidates and women as well as creating an internal culture, which would support their success.
Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Ethics and a Degree in Public Relations from McGill University. She is fluent in both English and French. She is open to new challenges and adding to her portfolio of accomplishments.
