Train the Trainers and Instructional Design Training is a critical tool for building a more inclusive workplace. Friend & Associates offers exceptional experience and expertise in assisting clients create customized learning resources within their organizations. We work closely with clients to clarify learning objectives, design creative and effective methodologies to best achieve these goals, and design approaches to assess application of learning back on the job. We partner with clients who have internal training departments and work with these resident experts to assist in their instructional design efforts.
