Friend & Associates, designed a customized program for our growing business, one that allowed enough flexibility to realistically reflect our environment, yet provided sufficient structure to aid in the development of good management habits for our brand new team of engineering managers. They took the time to truly get to know us as individuals as well as ground themselves and their design principles solidly in our emergent corporate culture. In a short time, Friend & Associates was able to craft an excellent plan of action to address both the symptoms being exhibited within our organizational culture and their root causes.
